HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS

1. You may contact our office, by sending in an Information Form,  (your local Representative will contact you), or by calling the Main Office toll free at 1-866-719-9116. Our staff will provide the information that will help you decide whether our membership is what you are looking for.
    

2. Your local Representative will book an appointment at your home that is convenient for you. With your help she will create two detailed profiles, one on yourself and one on the type of person you would like to meet.
    

3. When your file arrives at our office we will call to welcome you to the Sincere Singles’ membership.  Any further questions that you might have will be answered and sometimes there maybe questions that we could have for you.
    

4. All information is both carefully and thoughtfully reviewed to ensure qualified matches that best suit both individuals. This is an important step, the membership is constantly growing with new members joining all the time.  We stress the fact that there is no time limit or limit to the number of introductions that you may have; that is entirely up to you.  
    

5. Once a match is made, you will be contacted by the office with his/her first name and telephone number. The initial call is arranged by Sincere Singles’ administration and usually the gentlemen will call the lady.  We suggest that you speak at least twice on the telephone before meeting.  We also recommend that you meet for a coffee rather than for dinner for example, you can always go somewhere after the coffee.
    

6. When a match is made both member’s files are put on hold until such time that they notify the office to have their file re-activated.  If you would like to share any comments about your date, your file will be up-dated accordingly.  All information is always kept strictly confidential.
    

7. We will only call you when we have a match.  There are thousands of members in our system and it is virtually impossible for us to call them other than with matches.  The membership is encouraged however to call in whenever they wish.  You may want to call in just to say hi and to see how your file is coming or you may be going on holidays and want to put your file on hold.  You may wish to make adjustments to your age selections or to the areas that you want to meet someone.   If you’ve moved or have quit smoking for example please call and let us know. The above are just a few reasons that you may have to call the office, but whatever your reason please do not hesitate to call.    Our members are provided with a toll free membership line directly to the Matching Office.  We are as close as the phone.
